Especially with chronic paranoia it's so fucking easy to see literally any vaguepost even from a stranger and automatically think "Oh god that's directed towards me isn't it," and then the brain races to make it seem logical. The subposts and vagueposts are a terrible labyrinth with no escape. I cringe going back in my post history and realizing "Aw shit that one's a vaguepost."
